No, returns are not free the shipping fee is for the customer.
Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 30 days of receipt for any reason.
Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale with the labels still attached.
SIENNA LONDON also accepts returns of items purchased during a sale. Items bought during a sale can be exchanged for another product, a voucher, or the purchase price.
Unfortunately, sometimes a product may get damaged during shipping or production. We are happy to resolve this for you. Send a message to info@sienna-london.com with a photo of the issue. Our customer service will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse, we process it within 10 working days. You can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse on the track and trace you receive with your return shipment. From that moment, the 10 working days start. Once the refund has been made, you will receive a notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
