Terrible customer service and doesn't honour returns policy. Will be reporting

Didn't fit and notified Sienna London as per their policy to return. Noone got back to me despite repeated emails. I can only deduct that this company is a scam and I will be reporting and shouting loudly as possible about this experience in as many platforms as possible.
